Dark chocolate : 180g

Fresh cream (milk fat content about 33% or Higher ) : 125ml

Orange Zest : 1 no.

[Instructions]

1.Use Chocolate Callets/ Buttons or Chop the chocolate.

2 Simmer fresh cream just under boiling Point

3.Emulsify chocolate.

4.Zest one Orange , pour it into the tart.
