Biz@rre Adventures on streets of INDIA…..

The month of Ramzan leaves Mohammed Ali Road lit up with sizzling Bar-B-Que, the big daddy of kebab stalls.
It‘s a must-visit place for all meat lovers …
it was an adventure to try the tasty “Offals” which includes almost everything bizarre except the meat and bones:
Livers and kidneys(kaleji), beef tongue, lamb testicles(white kidney) , mammary glands , bheja(brains), bone marrow soup(paya shorba) were few delicacies which are relished here…this street is dotted with eateries selling Tandoori chicken, boti/barrah kebabs, murg tikkas…and many more succulent, juicy, tender kebabs .
Some cultures shy away from offal as food, while others use it as everyday food, or in delicacies. Some offal dishes are considered gourmet food in international cuisine. This includes foie gras, pâté and sweetbreads
Though these are unusal things to bite in… trust me .. it’s a pleasure therapy!!!!.
When it comes to eating, Are you adventurous..??
