My name is Dhaval and I’m a New India born Chef, Food Stylist, Photographer, and Culinary Influencer. My career started at the age of 17 when I attended Institute of Hotel Management - Gandhinagar (India) and finished the hospitality program. My first position out of school was as a Commis/Cook 3 at Hotel Trident, Bandra Kurla Complex located in Mumbai, India..

I moved to Edmonton, Canada in 2013 as. a temporary worker Immigrant. From there I worked at numerous stand alone and Chain restaurants including Aroma, Moxies, Humpty's, and with Fairmont Hotels in Edmonton. then I decided to move to the bigger province and capital of Canada , Ottawa . There I worked with Fairmont Chateau Laurier , Rivera and at Bruyere. 

After, I challenged Intra-provincial Red Seal Exam for cooks and received designation as Certified Red seal Cook in 2018. and I continue to work in Kitchens nurturing my love for cooking.🍳🍳

I’ve also done food styling and photography as my hobby . I pursued a self titled culinary YouTube channel Dhaval's Youtube Channel in 2017 where I share my passion for food; working both in front of and behind the camera. I describe my channel as a place “Where the professional kitchen meets the home cook.”

At the end of the day…I’m a long-time chef and I love what I do!
